The service

The seller offers short-term accommodation in nine apartments in Palanga, Lithuania. The service is an overnight stay in the chosen apartment on the chosen dates at the prices listed on the site. No physical goods are sold or shipped β€” therefore no goods delivery terms apply.

Placing and concluding a booking

The guest selects an apartment, dates and guest details on the site. The host reviews the request within 24 hours. Once approved, a payment link is emailed to the guest. The contract between the guest and the seller is concluded when the guest pays the deposit within the given window β€” at which point the booking is finally confirmed.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros per night and include all taxes. The final price is calculated for the chosen period and shown before the booking is confirmed. Payment can be made via Paysera (Lithuanian banks), PayPal or bank transfer. Card data is processed by UAB Paysera LT; the seller does not collect or store card details.

Arrival and service delivery

The service is provided on the booked dates. Check-in is from 14:00 on the arrival day and check-out is by 11:00 on the departure day. A few days before arrival the guest receives a detailed route and check-in instructions by email. Under Lithuanian law the seller is required to register staying guests in the state e.Turistas system.

Cancellation policy

The deposit β€” the price of the first 3 nights (or the full price for shorter stays) β€” is paid within 24 hours of booking approval. If the guest cancels more than 30 days before arrival the deposit is refunded. For later cancellations the administration will try to find a replacement booking; if the slot can be filled the deposit is refunded, otherwise any losses are covered by the deposit.

Refund procedure

Refunds are issued via the same payment method the guest used to pay, no later than 14 calendar days after the cancellation. For payments made by bank transfer we will request the recipient account details by email.

Consumer rights and distance contracts

Under article 6.22810(2)(12) of the Lithuanian Civil Code, the right of withdrawal from a distance contract does not apply to accommodation services tied to a specific date or period. The guest may, however, cancel the booking under the cancellation policy above.

Personal data

Personal data is processed under our privacy policy, in line with the GDPR and the Lithuanian Personal Data Protection Law.

Disputes

Please contact the seller first β€” most matters can be resolved informally. If no agreement can be reached, the guest has the right to apply to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (vvtat.lt) or to use the European Commission online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Lithuanian law governs these terms.
